I contacted Ask Air Asia Live Chat at Live Chat but they asked me to contact BIG Prepaid customer service or AskBig.
Then, the issue was looping without a solution.

They told me that they only answer questions and settle issues on the BIG Card.
As for the BIG points, I have to contact BIG point loyalty program department at Ask Big.

I tried to use the link provided in the eForm but redirected me back to the Claims page in the Air Asia Member site https://loyalty.airasiabig.com/group/airasiabig/airasia-flight-claims
I had tried to claim for my flight already but they rejected it without a reason given and I did not know how to proceed further since I could not call or email or contact them to clarify.
What kind of service is this?!!

Just found that the Big Prepaid Mastercard is having problems with AirAsia bookings. I put in money in Big Prepaid but cannot use it to pay for ticket. Something wrong with AirAsia site.. sent 2 e-forms.. still waiting.. now trying Live chat.. how frustrating can this thing get?
ReplyDeleteI heard some of my friends mentioned that they were having issues when accessing Air Asia main page and also during the payments.
DeleteEven the Air Asia Big Loyalty app was having a lot of issue. First, my Big points were not shown in my account. Then, there was no option to use Big points for purchase. This is totally crap!
